Building a review shopify app

I am looking for a Shopify app developer to build a review app that includes star ratings, text reviews, and photo reviews. I do not have a specific design in mind, but I am open to suggestions. The app should work with any theme or plugin. Ideal skills for the job include experience in Shopify app development and knowledge of UI/UX design. The developer should also have experience with integrating APIs and be able to deliver the project within the specified time frame.
