Build website in Shopify

I already made homepage for my website, but as im not known with making website and don't have time, so i need someone to help me finish my website.
Whats left is header and footer, and to make 1 page that will be open first, then after 4 pages that will be same as first page.

I already made the design of my website, so it will be to follow all design and details i will be giving.

I need someone who is well known with Shopify website codes etc and not only how to make a website in a free templates.
