Build me a shopify store

I want someone that can build me a shopify store that is easy to use and is accessible, i want it to be a one product page , the person should know how to bring in clients and entice them to buy with marketing strategies. i want an email gathering tool to also be available. Someone with knowledge in facebook ads and generating leads and sales will also be a plus for this project.
