Build me a custom shopify app

I want to develop an app that can insert a shop instagram images & stories directly to the shopify store.

For the images - a simple carousel component with the store latest uploads that can be inserted anywhere in the site

For the stories - a row of round circles with the story as a background, when you click it should open the image
