Build a Shopify multi-site app

I have a business idea that would allow multiple real-life stores be able to sell my products through a multi-site Shopify site that could allow them to point their domain to a branded landing page that would allow them to show my products at the price of their choosing.
Additionally, I would need the ability to allow those vendors to access the site with limited usage so that they can customize what products they want to sell and at what prices.
If you have a recommendation to use another e-commerce platform or even to build the portal on its own, I'm open to that.
