Build Shopify app/plugin to be sold on the Shopify app store

Looking for someone to build a Shopify plugin/app to be sold on the Shopify partner App Store. This app will automatically suggest upsells and cross sells, and related products to customers using AI, and will automatically group products together saving the E-commerce store owner valuable time. With the help of AI integration it will automatically suggest the best products to sell to customers with the current products in there cart or from browsing. It should also have data available to see for the client related to the week and or month of shopping from customers. This app will also charge and have a monthly fee for use, still to be determined on price point.
