Build Shopify Marketplace

Hi Freelancers!
I want to set up a Marketplace in Shopify for Products of the Stove-Branch.
Key-Facts:
- Customers: B2B (Craftsmans, Stove dealers, etc.)
- How Shop ears €€€: Subscription Plans for the Customers
- Shop start in Germany (German Language necessary in the Backend), after that France and Italy.

How is the process?
1.) Customer 1 Upload his available Stoves incl. his price for it
2.) Customer 2 Search a available Stove and find it from Customer 1
3.) Our Marketplace will be the trusty: Customer 2 pays the price to us, we give Customer 1 the order and organize the Transport vom Customer 1 to Customer 2

Example:
--> Dealer in BERLIN sells Stove "TYP1"
--> Dealer in MUNICH search for a customer the Stove "TYP1" because manufacturer has delivery time about 4 Weeks
--> Dealer in MUNICH buys STOVE from dealer in BERLIN and pays him
--> WE (Schaefer) organize Transport from Berlin to Munich via Invoice to Dealer Munich.

--> Dealer in e.g. Stuttgart search also Stove "TYP1", but has NO subscription: He can see the stove from above (Berlin), but not the location and not the price! Maybe he join the community and pay for the access (subscription fee). Otherwise he can't buy the stove.

What if a customer has a active Subscription plan?
- He see ALL available Stoves
- He can ADD own Products
- He can see the LOCATION of the available Stoves

What if a customer has no active Subscription plan?
- He can see the available Stoves WITHOUT Price
- He can't ADD own Products
- He CAN'T SEE the LOCATION of the available Stoves
---> If he want to participate he has to purchase a subscription
