Build a Nutrition Calculator On Shopify

Looking to create a nutrition calculator on my website (midwestmeals.com). The calculator will be text input and will display the results on the same page. However, the email input will be required and will connect to a list in Klaviyo. The flow chart of calculations is included in the files.
