Assistant/Manager for eCommerce store

Recently opened an eCommerce store specifically for Mothers and their children.
Looking for an expert that can assist in making the store ready for sales.
Tasks include:
- Assisting in marketing campaigns
- Creating workflows to drive sales
- Expirence with automation emails and tools
- Setting up an ASF for the site
- Assist in finding products to drive brand

Someone specifically expirenced in shopify, a big plus.
