Artisan Goods E-commerce Store Design

Project: E-commerce Website for Handmade/Artisan Home Goods Store
I run a small business selling handmade home decor and lifestyle products (candles, ceramics, textiles) and need a professional online store built so I can start selling directly to customers instead of relying only on marketplaces like Etsy.
About the store:
Roughly 40–60 products across 5–6 categories at launch, with room to grow. Site should be around 10–12 pages total.
Pages needed:

Home page (featured products, brand story teaser, newsletter signup)
Shop/category pages with filtering (by category, price, material)
Individual product pages (multiple images, description, variants like size/color, stock status)
Cart and multi-step checkout
Customer account area (order history, saved addresses, wishlist)
About/Our Story page
Contact page with a working form
FAQ / Shipping & Returns policy page
Admin dashboard for managing products, orders, and inventory

Functional requirements:

Secure checkout with Stripe and PayPal support
Real-time inventory tracking (auto out-of-stock when quantity hits 0)
Discount code / promo functionality
Email notifications for order confirmation, shipping, and cancellations
Mobile-first responsive design — most of my current audience shops on Instagram/mobile
Basic on-page SEO (editable meta titles/descriptions, clean URLs, image alt text)
Google Analytics integration

Nice to have:

Customer reviews with photo uploads
Related/"you may also like" product recommendations
Simple blog section for styling tips/content marketing
Integration with a shipping calculator (based on weight/location)

Technical preferences:
Open to either a well-built Shopify/WooCommerce setup or a custom-coded solution (React/Node) — please propose what you think fits best given the scope and explain why, along with rough cost/timeline for each approach.
