Appointment/Webinar booking functionality Via Shopify technology

We operate an ecomm portal using shopify technologies with domain address www.vedicus.com. We have certain development requirements. Only those who have worked on similar projects kindly contact us. We are open for solutions via third party shopify app integration or customized work within our budget constraints. Please look for requirement as follows :
01. Booking Appointment with a Consultant : An user can book an appointment by selecting a date or/and time slot. We have the liberty to set the fee / discount coupons or make it free.
02. Questionnaire : If a consultant seeks for certain information parameters mandatory before booking an appointment, we are able to set those parameters separately for every consultant.
03. Auto emails from our business ID : After the appointment is booked, auto email is shot up to the user and consultant as well. We should have the option to customize the email structure for every consultant separately.
04. Zoom meeting link creation : When desired either on the first email or on the followup emails there is an option to create a zoom meeting link.
05. Database and Dashboard : Management of all the chats, questionnaires filled or prescription made by the consultant. We want only one account solution for e-comm and appointment functionalities.
06. Make Categories : We are able to set categories for the above functionality
