I need a fully customisable all in one dashboard created which helps my ecommerce business to track profits, blended roas, LTV, and much more data in a clean and clear view both on desktop and mobile view as an app. It needs to integrate the shops data from shopify, facebook, google, google sheets, snapchat, tiktok, pinterest, Klaviyo. Some of the main metrics it should have are:
Shopify (revenue & visitors)
Facebook ads data (Roas, AOV, CPC, breakdown of all ads)
Google Ads (Roas, AOV, CPC, breakdown of all ads)
TikTok ads (Roas, AOV, CPC, breakdown of all ads)
Snapchat ads (Roas, AOV, CPC, breakdown of all ads)
Pinterest (Roas, AOV, CPC, breakdown of all ads)
Klaviyo (revenue flow, percentage of revenue flows, revenue campaigns, percentage of revenue campaigns, klaviyo total sales, number of subscribers, number of unsubscribers)
(Above are just the main metrics, I would need much more data but we can talk about that as the project is in progress)
The dashboard should have a function where I can add manual expenses and place them into specific categories which calculate the overall profit from the revenue display which you get the data from shopify revenue.
I am not sure how this will be done but I’m sure you would need data connectors to connect and extract facebook, google, klaviyo etc data and to display onto the dashboard.
The dashboard should also have the option to add multiple stores so each store has its own set of metrics from shown above. The dashboard should have a function to add team members to specific stores and give them access to view specific data. There should be a chat system put in place on the dashboard where the team members can talk to each other and there should be a “to do list” section
Please note I need to fully customisable meaning I can add or remove metrics on the dashboards which means you will be required to extract as much data as you can from all the apps mentioned above.
