Affirm integration to shopify website needed

Hello i have a shopify website, affirm plugin is installed, i need to add affirm codes to shopify theme and i can show affirm messages for products such as, Starting from 45$/month payment, Learn more...
I attached 2 screenshots to describe the situation.
I already integrated codes to shopify site, but the custom promo message is not working. Only a fixed message is working for all products: Buy in monthly payments with Affirm on orders over $50. Learn more
But that need to be specialized for each product's price, but it is showing same 50$ for each product.
I couldn't understand which html codes to use on affirm's developer help pages. If you used affirm before, if you have experience please apply.
