Objective: Set up an affiliate marketing system integrated with my shopify store that allows brand ambassadors and content creators to promote products and earn commission on sales generated.
Scope of Work:
Research and recommend the best affiliate marketing apps compatible with Shopify.
The platform should allow easy tracking of referrals, commissions, and payouts.
It must support custom commission structures (e.g., 15-20%) and unique affiliate links and/or discount codes for each ambassador.
Set up and configure the chosen platform.
Ensure proper tracking via cookies (without discount codes) so affiliates earn commission when their referral link is used.
Define commission rates (e.g., 15-20% per sale)
Outline affiliate terms and conditions
Set up a dashboard where affiliates can track their clicks, conversions, and commissions.
Create an application form for potential affiliates.
Set up manual vetting of applications for alignment with brand values.
Develop a welcome email sequence with onboarding materials, affiliate guidelines, and best practices for promoting Mantra Skin.
Configure payment methods (e.g., PayPal, direct bank transfers) for commission payouts.
