Adjusting, Editing and adding some features in Shopify store theme

I need to add, edit and adjust some features in our Shopify store theme. We are looking for a professional programmer who has experience in HTML and CSS programming and has more than 4 years of experience in this field. We need this professional to write a clean code following the programming standards.
