Adding a sub collections menu on collection pages for shopify

hello, today im looking to add a sub collection menu on my collections page for shopify where users can navigate to sub collections from a collections page. for example (makeup) if a customer wants to see eye make up they click eyes, in that collection page i would like to display eye shadow, eye liner etc. i will upload an example image below.
