Add shipping bar to ajax cart [Shopify]

We are looking to add a copy of our free shipping bar into our ajax cart. We do already have an app that controls the free shipping bar and the code to place it in the ajax cart.

It needs to be put in the right place and the code needs adjusted to work with ajax.
