Add a section to our shopify website - dynamic images per vendor - easy job

Hello, we need to add a section to our product pages on Shopify.
we are currently using the Empire theme to run our store. we went to add a simple section to our product page that is that will fit a dynamic banner, it will be different depending on the specific vendor the reason why we're doing this is that we wanted to put a specific picture that will have an offer that we will show to only certain products and certain supplies that we work with.
what to have customization or so that we can be able to add images as we please.
We do not want this hard-coded in, making us rely on a developer to change it every single time.
this is a simple task may take a few hours to do.
