Add custom tracking to shopify shop
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
We are a Swiss shopify shop and use the Swiss Post as our delivery company. Unfortunately the largest logistics provider in Switzerland is not in the list of shopify providers. Our website is translated into four languages.
We would like to overwrite the existing options so that we only scan packages and it automatically adds the Swiss Post into the confirmation mail (the less we have to click during the fulfillment process the better).

Here is an example of a tracking number: 996014543300000458
Is it possible to change the info on our shipping confirmation: https://tinyurl.com/y3gx2aj8
It needs to be changed in the following way:
German: Die Post
French: La Poste
Italian: La Posta
English: Swiss Post
After the name it should show a link that directs them to the Swiss Poste site and directly includes the tracking number (for convenience).
