Add Shopify combined products with choosable variants and changeable unit

Hello, I am looking for an experienced developer to add combined products with choosable variants and changeable units to my Shopify store. I need to add physical goods to my store and I already have a detailed product description and specs ready. Additionally, I need to add variants/options to the products that I am adding.
