1. Product & market fit
• Validate profitable niches for downloadable products—software, e-books, online courses or any mix that proves itself through data.
• Shape irresistible offers and pricing that convert quickly.

2. Storefront & funnel build-out
• Launch a clean, high-speed storefront on a mainstream platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, or a comparable SaaS you trust).
• Integrate payment gateways, licence/auto-delivery systems, email capture, and upsell logic so every transaction is maximised.

3. Traffic & conversion engine
• Drive qualified buyers through paid ads, affiliates, and content funnels.
• Track performance with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar tools and iterate fast.

4. Scaling to the $1K/day mark
• KPI dashboard monitoring daily net revenue, AOV, and ROAS.
• Optimise creatives, copy, and landing pages until we hit—and maintain—four-figure days.

Acceptance criteria
