I have a fully-operational Shopify site that sells physical products to a loyal local customer base, and it’s time for me to exit the business. I’d like an experienced hand to guide (and ideally manage) the entire sale process—from valuation right through to the secure transfer of ownership.
Here is what I expect once we start:
• A realistic market valuation of the store, backed by data on revenue, traffic and growth potential.
• A polished sales prospectus plus any supporting analytics screenshots or financial summaries buyers usually request.
• Promotion of the listing on the appropriate broker platforms or private networks so it reaches qualified buyers, not time-wasters.
• Management of negotiations, due-diligence questions and the escrow or payment process, followed by a smooth hand-over of the Shopify admin, domain and all associated assets.
