shopify store products organizing so I can add them easily to the required category

I have a shopify store and it has categories and subcategories and there are products added to the collections, however they are not showing online, and they need to be organized..what I need is only to fix this problem and add 1 or 2 products in some of categories to make sure its working and showing online so i can organize and add rest of product to each matching category
