I need a developer to help transition POS from quickbooks to Shopify.

We are a music retail store: prozonemusic.com I need to move away from quickbooks and would like to move to a shopify/xero set up for point of sales and accounting. our websites do not need changing to shopify at this time but if it makes sense to do so this could also be included in the transition.
