Wix-to-Shopify Migration & Upgrade

Job ID: 40509350

Budget: $30 – $250 SGD

I’m ready to move my entire Wix-based store over to Shopify and polish it in the process. I will provide full access to the current Wix site, product data, assets, and domain; your job is to rebuild everything on Shopify and hand back a live store that looks and feels better than what I have today.

Key goals
• Enhanced design with a fresh, upgraded layout that guides visitors smoothly from homepage to checkout.
• Noticeably better user experience, including a streamlined, mobile-responsive interface that loads fast and feels intuitive on any screen.
• An improved checkout process configured natively in Shopify so customers can finish purchases with fewer clicks and less friction.

Scope of work
• Export all products, images, collections, SEO data, and customer information from Wix, then import and verify them in Shopify.
• Configure a modern, responsive Shopify theme (Liquid, CSS, JSON templates) and customise it so the new layout reflects my brand colours, typography, and overall style.
• Optimise navigation, product pages, search, and cart flow for ease of use and higher conversion.
• Set up essential apps or native features for payments, shipping, taxes, and analytics, keeping the tech stack lean.
• Test the storefront thoroughly on desktop, tablet, and mobile, paying special attention to checkout speed and reliability.
• Go live on my domain with SSL and 301 redirects in place so existing backlinks and SEO equity carry over.

Acceptance criteria
1. All products, collections, customer accounts, and order history display correctly in Shopify.
2. Site passes Google Mobile-Friendly Test and scores at least 90 on PageSpeed Insights for mobile.
3. Checkout completes successfully with major payment gateways in both test and live modes.
4. Design and layout receive my sign-off before launch.

Provide an estimated timeline, outline any past Shopify migration experience, and note the theme or tools you expect to use. I’m aiming for a smooth launch and a noticeable jump in user satisfaction once we go live.
