Upgrade Shopify Collection Pages

I have website in Shopify and similarly my competitor also have their website on shopify, we sell almost same products and have similar collections.

But their collection page has been configured really well, all of thier collection pages have these type of setup with categories of shop by at the top and then detail shop by of each of these categories, I want to do the same to my collection pages where I can configure for each collection what are the different shop by options available and on each shop by it will show this type of collections with images and all, each collection page will have diffferent options like in the screenshots shown.

With different shop by on the top one by one and then blogs and faqs like on the attached screenshots.
