USA Shopify Account with Shopify Payments payment Gateway Option

I want to begin my next project on Shopify, but because I’m outside the United States I can’t open a store that shows the Shopify Payments gateway option. What I need from you is simple: please create a brand-new Shopify store on the $1 USD trial, and then hand the store over to me. Do not activate the gateway, adjust taxes, load themes, or add products—I’ll handle all of that once ownership is transferred.

Deliverables
• Fresh Shopify store on the $1 trial, registered in the United States
• Shopify Payments listed as an available (but not activated) gateway
• Store ownership transferred to my email with full login credentials
