Two Shopify Fashion & Decor Stores

I need to launch two separate Shopify sites and would like a single expert to handle both builds from start to finish.

The first store will sell women’s clothing. I want a modern, sleek look—clean lines, bold imagery, and smooth scrolling sections. It must include customer-review functionality and a smart product-recommendation engine baked into collection and product pages.
