Shopify E-book Signup Automation

We are looking for a Shopify freelancer to set up an email capture and automatic PDF delivery system for our State Frequency Sheets.
All PDF files have already been uploaded to Shopify under Content > Files. We need the freelancer to create the correct customer signup process and make sure each customer automatically receives the correct PDF download link by email.
Job Requirements
We need a signup form created on our Shopify website for customers to request a free State Frequency Sheet.
The form must collect the following information:
Customer first name
Customer email address
What Australian state they are in
Whether they are interested in a radio communications course
The Australian state options should include:
South Australia
Victoria
New South Wales
Queensland
Western Australia
Tasmania
Northern Territory
Australian Capital Territory
Email Automation Requirement
Once the customer submits the form, they must automatically receive an email with the correct PDF link for their selected state.
For example:
If the customer selects South Australia, they receive the South Australia Frequency Sheet PDF link.
If the customer selects Victoria, they receive the Victoria Frequency Sheet PDF link.
If the customer selects Queensland, they receive the Queensland Frequency Sheet PDF link.
This should be done automatically through Shopify Messaging, Shopify Forms, Shopify Email, or another suitable Shopify-compatible method.
Page Requirement
We need a clean website page created for this resource, for example:
Free State Frequency Sheets
The page should briefly explain that the PDFs are designed to help Australians take their first step into emergency communications preparedness.
The page should include clear wording such as:
Enter your details below and select your state to receive your free State Frequency Sheet PDF.
It should also include a marketing consent note, such as:
By signing up, you agree to receive preparedness resources, training information and product updates from Zero Disaster Australia. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Testing Requirement
The freelancer must fully test the system before marking the job complete.
Testing must include:
Submitting the form using test customer details
Testing each state option
Confirming the correct PDF link is emailed for each selected state
Confirming the email is received correctly
Confirming all PDF links open properly
Confirming the form works on mobile and desktop
Confirming customer details are saved correctly in Shopify
Confirming the radio course interest answer is recorded
Final Deliverables
The completed job should include:
A live Shopify page for the State Frequency Sheets
A working signup form
Automatic email delivery of the correct PDF link
Customer details captured in Shopify
Radio course interest captured
Tested and confirmed working system
Brief instructions showing where the form, automation, and customer responses can be found in Shopify
Budget
The budget for this job is $100 AUD.
We are looking for someone who understands Shopify Forms, Shopify Messaging/Email, customer tags, email automation, and lead capture setup.
The job must be completed cleanly, tested properly, and ready for us to promote on Instagram and Facebook.
