3. Shipping Module & Quote System Setup

Because we ship heavy pallets and large bulk wholesale boxes, standard postal rates will not work. We need the developer to set up:

A shipping rate system based on the total weight of the order.

Or configure a "Request a Freight Quote" / "Shipping Quote" module at checkout or on the cart page for heavy items. This must allow buyers to submit their cart and address details so we can manually send them a shipping quote before they pay.
