Shopify Theme Migration (Ella → Horizon) – Clean, Fast & SEO-Optimised Rebuild

I have an existing Shopify store currently built on the Ella theme, and I would like to migrate it to the Horizon theme. The goal is not just a theme switch, but a clean, high-performance rebuild with a strong focus on speed, SEO, and user experience.

Project Requirements:

Migrate website from Ella theme to Horizon theme
Rebuild homepage with a clean, minimal, and professional layout (no clutter or unnecessary sections)
Ensure fast loading speed and optimisation for Core Web Vitals
Maintain SEO structure (URLs, metadata, content hierarchy)
Build clear and well-structured product pages (separate sections for description, specifications, benefits)
Optimise for mobile responsiveness and accessibility
Implement simple and intuitive navigation for easy product discovery
Integrate essential apps only (avoid unnecessary scripts)

Important:

I do NOT want a direct copy of the current layout. The site should be simplified and improved.
Avoid overuse of Horizon blocks/sections — keep the design lightweight and efficient.
The final website should be clean, modern, and suitable for a medical supplies business.

Critical Requirement:

The migration must be smooth with no downtime, no broken pages, and no disruption to existing functionality
Existing products, collections, and data must remain intact

Nice to Have:

Experience with Shopify Horizon theme
Understanding of SEO best practices and performance optimisation
