I need a skilled Shopify developer to turn my idea for a physical-product shop into a fully functioning online store. The build should cover everything from choosing an appropriate theme and customising its look, to loading a starter catalog of products, configuring tax, payment and shipping settings, and making sure the checkout is smooth on both mobile and desktop.

Please handle:
• Theme selection or custom theme development that reflects a modern retail brand
• Product page templates with clear variants, inventory tracking and upsell sections
• Integration of payment gateways and real-time shipping rates relevant to my market
• Basic on-page SEO and speed optimisation so pages load quickly
• Installation of essential Shopify apps (reviews, analytics, abandoned-cart emails)
• Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel setup for future marketing
• Handover documentation so I can add products or tweak content later
