Shopify Store Refinement and Launch Polish for Wokiee Theme

I’m looking for an experienced Shopify freelancer to refine, review, and finalize my store for launch using the Wokiee theme.

This is not a full store build from scratch. A lot of the work is already done. I need someone who can step into an existing store, check what is already in place, complete the remaining tasks, and polish everything so the store feels clean, professional, sentimental, and ready to launch.

I recently uploaded the new theme, and I already have many images in the library. ShineOn is the only print-on-demand supplier I am using, so experience with ShineOn is a strong plus.

What I need done
Homepage

I need help refining the homepage so it feels polished, elegant, and gift-focused.

Tasks include:

Review and refine the current Wokiee 3-column banner collage

Upload and place the top-left banner collage images, including the main image and hover image

These images are already created

The style is a sentimental luxury look featuring a Love Knot necklace in a gift box with a mom/daughter feel

Complete the remaining center and right banner collage sections with matching imagery and styling

Configure all banner headings, subheadings, and CTA buttons

Set up the featured collections area with six of the best-selling Mother Daughter necklaces

Add a trust / social proof section with customer reviews and reassurance content

Footer

The footer still needs to be finished and cleaned up.

Tasks include:

Add the store logo or brand mark

Complete the current Media with Text block with a short tagline, mission statement, or brand message

Add navigation links

Add policy links:

Refund Policy

Privacy Policy

Terms of Service

Shipping Policy

Add contact information

Add social media icons and links

Product Pages

The product pages need final polish, not a redesign.

Tasks include:

Review ShineOn product images for quality, consistency, and clean presentation

Add lifestyle imagery to product pages where possible

Polish the existing product descriptions so they sound more sentimental, warm, elegant, and premium

Clean up and remove selected compare-at prices from specific products

Blog Setup

I also need the blog set up properly for launch readiness.

Tasks include:

Make sure the blog is active and correctly set up in the theme

Style the blog so it matches the store

Set up the blog page layout cleanly for future content

Final Launch Checks

Before launch, I need someone to make sure the store basics are correct.

Tasks include:

Verify shipping settings reflect ShineOn-only fulfillment

Test the checkout process from start to finish

Confirm policy pages are populated and linked correctly

Add basic SEO meta titles and meta descriptions to the homepage and key product pages

Remove storefront password protection only when the store is fully ready to launch

Brand direction

The brand style should feel:

warm

elegant

emotional

sentimental

gift-focused

I want the wording and visuals to feel meaningful and polished, not generic or overly salesy. This is a keepsake jewelry brand, so tone matters.

Important notes

Most of the store is already done

I need refinement, consistency, and final polish

I do not need a full rebuild

ShineOn is the only POD supplier currently being used

I may want to continue working with the right freelancer after this project

Store access

The storefront is currently password protected for pre-launch review. Shortlisted freelancers can be given storefront viewing access to review the current design and completed work. This is not Shopify admin access.

Please include in your proposal

Your Shopify experience

Your experience with the Wokiee theme

Any familiarity with ShineOn

Examples of stores you have refined or improved

Your fixed-price bid for this project

Your availability

Confirmation that you understand this is a refinement / launch polish project, not a full store build

The deactivated Horizon theme has many assets you can copy and paste.
