Shopify Store UX Overhaul
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
My current Shopify store brings in traffic but the conversion rate tells me shoppers are getting lost or losing interest. The biggest pain-point is navigation: menus feel cluttered, categories aren’t obvious, and the overall flow just isn’t as intuitive as it should be. On top of that, the visual side—homepage, product pages, colour palette, and typography—needs a coherent, modern refresh so the whole site feels dynamic and trustworthy.
Here’s what I’m aiming for:
• A cleaner, easier-to-follow navigation that quickly guides visitors from landing page to checkout without confusion.
• A visually engaging homepage that showcases key collections while loading fast on both desktop and mobile.
• Product pages that balance rich information with clear calls-to-action, optimised for upsells and cross-sells.
• A unified colour scheme and font set that reflects the brand personality and improves readability.
Shopify theme customisation (Liquid, CSS, JavaScript) will be central to the job, and I’m open to installing or lightly modifying well-supported apps if they contribute to smoother search and filtering. All changes should work seamlessly across devices and maintain page-speed scores suitable for conversion-driven email and ad campaigns.
When the work is done I expect:
• A live, fully tested store with the new navigation and design deployed.
• A brief hand-over doc or short Loom walkthrough so I can understand how to make minor tweaks myself.
If you specialise in Shopify UX, know your way around Liquid, and can turn vague shopper feedback into measurable conversion lifts, let’s talk.
