Shopify – Block Discounts on a Specific Collection

I need a developer to build a rule on my Shopify store (Basic plan) that blocks all promo codes from applying to products in one specific collection, without modifying any existing discount codes.

Task List:
1. Take a backup of the store before starting
2. Build and deploy the discount exclusion rule on the collection army-painter
3. Test 3 scenarios: excluded cart, normal cart, and mixed cart
4. Deliver a short guide so I can manage the collection myself
5. Provide 7 days post launch support

Important:
- Store must stay live during work, no downtime
- Do not modify anything outside the task
- Mixed cart must work correctly: discount applies on normal products, not on excluded ones
