### Responsibilities

* Full Shopify store setup (theme customization + integrations).
* Install, configure & optimize all above apps.
* Ensure fast loading speed & mobile optimization.
* Implement CRO strategies (A/B testing, personalization, analytics).
* SEO setup & multi-language support.
* Set up analytics & tracking (Triple Whale, Elevar, Northbeam, Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, Clarity).
* Ensure GDPR compliance & secure checkout.
* Provide ongoing support for optimization & scaling.

### Ideal Candidate

* Proven Shopify development experience.
* Strong knowledge of **Shopify Plus & custom app integrations**.
* CRO & A/B testing experience (Shoplift, ABConvert, Intelligems).
* Strong front-end (Liquid, HTML, CSS, JS) & back-end skills.
* Experience with **analytics tools & marketing automation**.
* Able to suggest improvements beyond the initial scope.
