Shopify Shipping Rate Configuration (Australia)
Budget: $8 – $15 AUD
I’ve reached the point in my store build where I need Shopify’s shipping settings dialled in properly. My priority is to have clear, reliable shipping rates showing at checkout, and I want them organised by state rather than by individual country or postcode.
At the moment I’m unsure whether flat-rate, weight-based, or price-based charges will serve my products best, so I’m looking for guidance on the pros and cons of each before we lock anything in. Once we agree on a structure, you’ll create the necessary shipping profiles, zones, and rate rules inside my Shopify admin, test them, and show me how to adjust them later.
Everything needs to be set up directly in Shopify (no third-party apps for now as I am on the Basic plan), and I’d like a short hand-off call or screen-share once the changes are live so I understand how it all fits together.
I need this done before Sunday.
