Shopify Multi-Warehouse Shipping Configuration
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need an experienced Shopify developer to configure two new product sections on my existing Shopify store:
* Perfumes
* Beauty
Products in these sections will be shipped from a different warehouse than our existing products.
**Required Shipping Setup**
* Existing products must continue to ship from the current warehouse.
* Perfume and Beauty products must ship from the new warehouse.
* Each warehouse must have its own shipping fees and delivery rates.
* If a customer orders products from only one warehouse, they should pay only that warehouse’s shipping fee.
* If an order contains products from both warehouses, Shopify must automatically add both shipping fees at checkout.
* The customer must still complete everything through one checkout and one payment.
* The order must be divided correctly for fulfilment between the two warehouses.
* Each warehouse must be able to fulfil its own items independently.
* The customer must receive a separate tracking number and shipping notification for each shipment.
* Inventory must be assigned to and deducted from the correct warehouse.
**Additional Requirements**
* Create or correctly configure the Perfumes and Beauty collections.
* Assign the relevant products to the new warehouse location.
* Configure separate shipping profiles, zones and rates for each warehouse.
* Ensure mixed orders calculate the combined shipping cost correctly.
* Ensure refunds, cancellations and order fulfilment continue working correctly.
* Test orders containing:
1. Existing products only
2. Perfume/Beauty products only
3. Products from both warehouses
* The current store design and existing product setup must not be affected.
* Use Shopify’s native multi-location and shipping-profile features where possible. If an additional app is required, it must be discussed with me before installation or purchase.
