Shopify Multi-Portal Marketplace Build

Job ID: 40464833

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I already run Femme Lux Beauty Supply on Shopify, Amazon FBA and inside a 3,000 sq ft storefront in Hobbs, New Mexico, plus more than fifty partner locations nationwide. The next step is to turn our existing Shopify site into a single, role-based marketplace that simultaneously serves four audiences under femmeluxbeauty.com—retail shoppers, wholesale buyers, international brand partners, and independent sales agents—while giving my in-house team one clean admin panel.

Here is what must be in place at launch:

• Retail (B2C) visitors need the classic DTC experience: they can browse our catalogue, read or leave product reviews, and engage with a loyalty program that rewards repeat purchases.

• Wholesale (B2B) accounts log in to see special tiered pricing, place bulk orders, and view products that are hidden from the public store.

• Vendors / brand partners must be able to upload or sync their SKUs, monitor inventory, track sales and payouts, all without accessing data that doesn’t belong to them.

• Sales agents get a referral link or code, a dashboard that shows their commissions in real time, and self-service payout requests.

Everything lives on one Shopify build, so you’ll configure role-based storefront views, customer tagging or a custom app to gate pricing and catalog access, and make sure the checkout, tax, and shipping rules adjust automatically to the user type. The solution must stay within Shopify’s ecosystem—no external marketplaces—so please factor in Shopify Plus features, the latest Storefront API, or custom Liquid/Theme 2.0 work as you see fit.

Deliverables
1. Functional multi-portal Shopify store with secure log-in flows for each role.
2. Configuration of pricing rules, bulk-order workflows and loyalty points.
3. Vendor and agent dashboards with exportable reporting.
4. Documentation and a brief hand-off call so my team can manage everything inside one admin.

I already have the product catalogue, brand assets and a live theme; you’ll be extending, not starting from scratch. If you have proven marketplace or multi-tenant Shopify work, especially with B2B modules, let’s talk timelines and milestones.
