We are a vape and ejuice wholesaler. Our Business is B2B.
we are facing some issues with the vend HQ integration
very precisely we use Vend hq as a system to manage inventory and to note all financial transactions. Being a wholesale business our payments can be made in several payments OR once but in a different date as the transaction when it was made.
our ISSUE is mainly with the payment types and status :
The integration by default considers all orders generated from shopify as delivery or pickup orders, and for the PAYMENT they are paid in one payment which limits us to change the payment date, type, amont to only one time and we no longer have hand to edit it.
(I deactivated COD payment, and created custom payment, I changed the generator effect of a transaction and payment but NO RESULT)
