Shopify Homepage Revamp
Budget: $50 – $400 USD
My Shopify store, grisekongen.dk, sells dedicated wild-boar hunting gear, and I already have a desktop and mobile mock-up that shows exactly how I want the first fold to look. I now need a Shopify specialist to translate that vision into a polished, conversion-focused homepage.
Scope
• Hero section – tighten layout, clean up typography, swap in the new hero image from my mock-up, and wire the primary CTA so it’s visible and compelling above the fold.
• Product showcase – rebuild this strip so the four flagship products load fast, display the correct badge logic (e.g. “Best Seller” or “New”), and open quick-view modals without refresh.
Primary objective
Everything you touch should be geared toward higher on-page engagement: I want visitors to start browsing immediately instead of bouncing.
Tech notes
The theme is Dawn with minimal custom code so far. Please keep edits in a separate section of theme.liquid or use a custom section, so I can roll changes back if needed. Feel free to leverage Shopify’s native metafields, Liquid, CSS, and a dash of JavaScript for micro-interactions, but avoid third-party apps unless they’re lightweight and free.
Deliverables
1. Implemented hero and product-showcase sections, matching my mock-up pixel-for-pixel.
2. Mobile and desktop breakpoints tested.
3. Brief hand-off note summarising all code changes or theme settings you touched.
If you’ve previously boosted engagement metrics on another Shopify homepage, mention the result—seeing real numbers helps me pick faster.
