Shopify Homepage Conversion Overhaul

Traffic is coming in but sales aren’t following, so I need the homepage rebuilt with conversion in mind. The focus is strictly on layout and structure—navigation, product placement, and call-to-action buttons all need a rethink.

Here’s what success looks like for me:
• A clean, intuitive navigation menu that helps visitors reach collections in one click.
• A hero section and product grid arranged to highlight best-sellers and social proof without slowing the page.
• Bold, clearly positioned CTAs that are easy to tap on mobile and stand out on desktop.

Please implement these changes directly in my current Shopify theme (or create a theme duplicate for testing if that’s safer), maintain full mobile responsiveness, and keep load times under 3 seconds. Once finished, provide a quick walkthrough or loom video so I can understand how to tweak sections in the future.

If this first phase goes smoothly, I may circle back for deeper work on imagery and copy, but for now the mission is a high-converting homepage structure.
