Shopify Group Ordering Revamp

My Shopify store that specialises in custom-printed tees needs a well-planned overhaul. The priority is to introduce an intuitive group-purchasing flow so entire parties can buy shirts together and check out in one go, choosing different sizes, colours, and—when they want—adding their own text or logo.

While that feature is the cornerstone, I also want the storefront itself to feel fresh and easy to navigate. The current menu structure is clunky, so you’ll restructure it for clear, logical paths to products and to the new group-order page.

As part of the polish, every product listing will be updated: new photos, sharper descriptions, and additional variants to reflect every size/colour combination we actually stock. I’ll supply the imagery and copy but I’ll lean on you to load it, tag it, and make sure each variant is surfaced correctly in search and filters.

Deliverables
• Build and style the group-purchase page or app section, fully integrated with Shopify’s checkout
• Configure variant selectors for size, colour, and custom text/logo uploads, with real-time price updates if needed
• Restructure the main menu and any sub-menus so customers can reach products or the group-buy tool in no more than two clicks
• Replace existing product media and text; add all new variants and confirm they sync with inventory tracking
