Shopify Grocery Store Upgrade

I am looking for an experienced Shopify expert to upgrade and complete my existing grocery store. The tasks include:
Project Requirements
Upgrade/customize the store theme to a modern, clean grocery-style layout
Add Wishlist feature (app or custom) with icons on product and collection pages
Create and organize product categories & sub-categories
Add categories to the header menu and homepage
Setup all basic pages: About Us, Contact Us, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy
Remove “Powered by Shopify” from footer
Make sure the store is mobile-friendly, fast, and ready for orders
Final Handover Requirements
Full admin access must be provided after completion
Share details of any apps used
Store should be fully functional and optimized

The store is already created; I only need customization and finishing work.
Budget: ₹1000 (Fixed)
Milestone: Single milestone of ₹1000 (released after final completion and handover)
