Job Overview:
Hello, I’m looking for an experienced expert to optimize Google Merchant Center, Google Shopping Feed, and Schema Markup for my Shopify-based e-commerce store. My goal is to ensure that my products appear in Google search results with price, stock status, and images, fully integrate with Google Shopping, and fix issues in Google Search Console (GSC).
Scope of Work:
✅ Google Merchant Center Integration:
Establish a seamless connection between Shopify and Google Merchant Center
Properly set up and optimize the product feed
Ensure all necessary attributes are included (GTIN, SKU, price, stock status, images, etc.)
Fix Merchant Center issues like "Product disapproved," "Missing data," "Incorrect pricing," etc.
Optimize the Google Shopping Feed for SEO
✅ Schema Markup (Structured Data) Optimization:
Review and fix JSON-LD structured data on Shopify
Ensure product pages are eligible for Google Rich Snippets
Validate using Google Rich Results Test and Schema.org Validator
✅ Google Search Console (GSC) Issue Resolution:
Identify and fix errors and warnings in Google Search Console
Resolve missing or misconfigured structured data issues
Fix mobile usability, crawling errors, and indexing problems
✅ SEO & Google Visibility Optimization:
Optimize product metadata and feed for better visibility on Google
Improve Shopify product pages for SEO
Ensure image SEO optimization (alt text, file name, etc.)
Preferred Skills & Experience:
? Proven experience with Shopify and Google Merchant Center
? Strong understanding of Google Search Console (GSC) and issue resolution
? Knowledge of JSON-LD and structured data (Schema Markup)
? Ability to fix Google Merchant Center disapproval issues
? Familiarity with SEO best practices for e-commerce
