Shopify Google Ads Integration

I'm looking for an expert to check the Google Ads tracking on my Shopify site as I'm getting a few 'Needs attention' flags in Ads. The main goal is to track purchases and that tag is working fine, but others (Add to Cart; Page View; View Item) are being flagged in relation to Enhanced Conversions.

Requirements:
