Shopify Flow Expert Needed — Trustpilot Review Automation (Selected Collections Only)

We are looking for a Shopify automation expert to create a custom Shopify Flow that automatically sends review request emails only for specific product collections to our Trustpilot profile after an order is completed.

Key Requirements:

Must build a Shopify Flow automation

Trigger: Order completed / fulfilled

Condition: Customer purchased from selected Shopify collections only
(We do NOT want review requests sent for luxury brands like Cartier, Van Cleef, Rolex etc.)

Action: Send review request email linking to our Trustpilot review page

Must include a delay timer (e.g., send 7–14 days after order)

Ensure no emails are sent for excluded collections (high-value luxury items)

Ideal Freelancer Skills:

Strong experience with Shopify Flow

Familiar with Trustpilot review triggers

Understanding of Shopify Collections, Line Items & Handles

Ability to create conditional automation logic

Experience with luxury e-commerce stores is a plus

Goal:
To automate review collection only for selected low-value / everyday jewellery collections, while excluding premium/luxury products.

Deliverable:

A working Shopify Flow automation

Documentation or short walkthrough explaining how to edit the collections list in future
