Shopify Expert for Multi-Warehouse Inventory

I am currently looking for an experienced Shopify expert who can assist us with setting up and organizing inventory for an additional warehouse location in our Shopify store.
At the moment, we are expanding our fulfillment setup and need to properly configure a second (and potentially multiple) warehouse destinations within Shopify. This includes ensuring that inventory is accurately tracked per location, stock levels are correctly allocated, and orders are routed to the appropriate warehouse based on the customer’s shipping region. It is very important that this is structured correctly to avoid overselling, fulfillment errors, or incorrect shipping calculations.
In addition, we would like to implement a location-based pop-up on our website. When customers enter the site, a pop-up should appear asking them to select where they are ordering from. The available options must be:
USA
Denmark
Europe
Rest of the World
This selection is essential because we operate with different shipping rates, fulfillment centers, and possibly different inventory pools depending on the region. The system must ensure that once a customer selects their location, the correct shipping rates, currency (if applicable), and warehouse inventory are applied automatically throughout their shopping experience.
Ideally, the setup should be clean, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions, without negatively impacting site speed or user experience. We also want to ensure the solution is scalable as we continue to grow and potentially add more warehouse locations in the future.
