Shopify Expert Needed for Cake Pre-Order Setup (Pickup Dates Required)

I need a Shopify expert to set up pre-orders for cakes with pickup date selection. The store is already built — I only need the pre-order function configured properly.

What I need:

Enable pre-order option for selected cake products

Add a pickup date selector at checkout or product page

Ensure orders show the chosen pickup date in Shopify admin

No major theme changes — just the functionality

Should be done quickly
