Shopify Developer for Visual Features Implementation -- 2

I'm looking for a Shopify developer to help me replicate two public visual features from a reference store into my own Shopify theme:

A top countdown banner (Father's Day promo style) with:

A timer (hours, minutes, seconds)

Promotional message

CTA button linking to a collection

A horizontally scrolling bar with multiple marketing messages like:

“Free shipping on orders over $350”

“Buy 2, get 3 – Today only”

Repeats endlessly and scrolls smoothly

The implementation must be responsive (mobile + desktop) and match the reference design as close as possible in terms of:

Fonts

Speed of scroll

Layout

Responsiveness

I'm using a custom Shopify theme, and this needs to be added without breaking existing layout or functionality.

Ideal candidate:

Strong experience with Shopify Liquid

Excellent CSS and responsive design skills

Comfortable with animations and JS/jQuery

I can provide screenshots or a video walkthrough of the reference layout. This is public content visible on a store I admire — nothing private or involving logins.
